48 Inch HDPE Pipe Installation
Joining two large HDPE pipe ends using heat and hydraulic pressure to create a seamless, leak-proof joint.
Butt Fusion Machine
Technicians are using a heavy-duty hydraulic pipe fusion machine equipped with large mechanical clamps to hold, align, and join the two HDPE pipe segments.
Hydraulic Power Unit
The red control unit at the bottom foreground provides hydraulic pressure to precisely push and pull the clamps during the alignment, heating, and joining phases.
Alignment
Securing both pipe ends into the clamps to ensure they are perfectly coaxial.
